She brought a family member to help us move some furniture and even made some trips to the dump to help us get through many years of stuff that need to be emptied out of the house. She was there with great suggestions, ordered work done with our approval and was kind and tactful about things when needed as well. She got us through a very difficult process of getting the house ready for the market. It sold in record time and at full asking price.
