Ms. Ruby helped me in ways that I cannot describe. 1st and foremost she was very respectful and kind towards my family during this time. Where I lacked she stood up for me, spoke up for me, and stood in place when I was silent. I truly appreciate the work she has done with helping my family & I. All I can do is be thankful for her.
