Rubina has sold several homes in this area and is very familiar with appropriate pricing, negotiables, and concerns to keep in mind (like being in a soils area, etc.). She prepared us for the process each step of the way without overwhelming us. Although she has many strengths as a realtor, I think her responsiveness may be her greatest strength as well as being a keen negotiator - she saved us thousands of dollars. What isn't included as a separate rating for Zillow is skill as a liaison - and Rubina could write the book.
