Rubina helped procure some repairs and credits that made the transfer of property turn-key. She is incredibly knowledgeable to the entire process and a great realtor to have on your side. Rubina has sold several homes in this area and is very familiar with appropriate pricing, negotiables, and concerns to keep in mind (like being in a soils area, etc.). She prepared us for the process each step of the way without overwhelming us. Although she has many strengths as a realtor, I think her responsiveness may be her greatest strength as well as being a keen negotiator - she saved us thousands of dollars. What isn't included as a separate rating for Zillow is skill as a liaison - and Rubina could write the book. She had everyone on the same page and made them very aware of their obligations so that nothing was missed. She is the person you want leading your team.
