Ruben hands down is a mental life saver! Selling our home was so stressful and we had so many curveballs thrown at us unexpectantly and he literally helped me through all of it with such ease!!! Our AC over flowed, ceilings collapsed in mid showing, we had remediators and construction going on and THAT HOUSE SOLD because he never let me just quit. The house turned out beautiful and the new owners love my home just as much as I did. Ruben will always be my go to for my home sales. He also helped me pick the perfect attorney to handle our needs.
