Of course I had to choose Ruben to represent my husband and I on our purchase. I am a Mortgage Loan Originator and work with lots of Realtors on a daily basis but working with Ruben for over 8 years I know he always has his clients best interest in mind. Not only is Ruben professional and knowledgeable but he protected our interests with the seller 100% of the way, just as I knew he would. At inspection we realized that the property did not have a working furnace and had plumbing issues among some other less important problems.
