We have enjoyed working with Ruben for two home purchases. He was willing to travel as far as we needed. He was always available and took time to answer our questions. I'm super busy with work and Ruben kept me on task reminding me of things that needed to be done. He also made sure to communicate thoroughly with all parties involved. It has always been a good experience.
