Ruben and Cheryl are very knowledgeable. We were constantly updated and always informed, no surprises. They kept the stress of viewing and buying a home to a minimum.

Right off the bat...my wife and I were the buyers, Ruben and Cheryl were the sellers' agents. Although Ruben and Cheryl worked on behalf of the seller, they were both wonderful to work with and helped tremendously to "close the deal". As we were approaching our closing date, two snags came up. The first issue was that our lender needed a certificate or plate for the manufactured home we were buying. Since it was not located during the inspection, the certificate had to be ordered and it would take no less than 10 business days. Rush service was not available. Ruben and Cheryl took it upon themselves to check out the home and discovered the needed certificate in the cabinet underneath the kitchen sink. This saved us from having to wait up to 2 additional weeks to close. Second, our signed closing documents were supposed to be sent FedEx from Las Vegas to San Diego. For some reason, some of the documents ended up at the FedEx hub in Tenessee. Ruben and Cheryl were able to ensure the docs were located and made their way to San Diego for recording. The documents arrived literally 5 minutes before the 2:00 pm deadline to record on Friday afternoon. Once recorded, they let us know that everything was in order and we were ready to pick up our keys. We were very impressed not only at their thoroughness and real estate experience, it was also very reassuring to see them quickly jump in when issues came up. They were quick to action. More importantly, their actions resulted in resolutions. It was truly a pleasure to work with Ruben and Cheryl. We'd certainly give them "two thumbs up". Our neighbor also enjoyed his interactions with them. I can sincerely say that their efforts ensured that both the seller as well as my wife and I had a great transaction. They're a great team and we'd work with them again in the future!

We have now worked with Rueben & Cheryl on 3 properties (buying & selling) and I will never use any other realtor. They REALLY listen to what you want and your concerns. But they are also very honest which I find refreshing. They are professional, genuine and fun to work with. Call them, you won’t regret it.

Let us backtrack 6yrs when Cheryl and Ruben showed us a house that was not even on our radar and we bought right away. So of course we called them when we sold our rental condo.
