When I first contacted the listing agent on what turned out to be my future home, I had no idea who I'd get. But I was blessed that it ended up being Rocky, who I still can't thank enough for all of his hard work. I wasn't working with an agent at the time so I didn't mind letting him represent me, and that turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. After being delayed and rescheduled multiple times, Rocky stepped in and made sure that this closing was going to happen - he took the initiative and was even willing to cover the property lien costs out of his commission just to make sure my closing wasn't rescheduled again. Rocky spent every day calling and emailing the different agencies involved with closing to keep things on track for me.
