We had a snag arise during the process of selling our town home in South Park and Jan said not to worry she would deal with it. We did nothing, she did everything, kept us informed - problem solved. THEN the appraisal came in lower than expected. Jan contacted the appraiser and he agreed with her reasoning and changed his appraisal - problem solved.
