I felt like her only client, she was so attentive. And wise in the ways of buying/selling. I TOTALLY trusted her to take the best care of me. She didn't disappoint! I relied on Terry, as well, of course. Truthfully, I didn't choose Rozie over Terry. It just worked out that way to the satisfaction of all. Terry stuck with me when Rozie had a well-deserved day away. They both kept me away from anxiety during the process.

Rozie is the absolute BEST! I would recommend Rozie to anyone looking to take their next step or like in my case, first step, into the Colorado real estate market. Being a first-time home-buyer, there were so many things that I did not understand fully, and Rozie was always able to explain things in a way that made sense to me. She was patient with my eagerness to find a new place to live, and always reminded me about the excitement that was right around the corner, whenever I felt overwhelmed. I truly believe that my offer on the home I purchased was accepted because of Rozie. She took the time to make sure my offer was well-written, she advised me on all the things I could do to make my offer the best it could be, knowing I was working with a tight budget, and her excellent communication skills with the listing agent helped as well. Rozie also kept in communication with everyone else involved in my transaction to make sure that all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. Rozie is knowledgable, personable and kind. We have dealt with many realtors over the years, both before we met Rozie and now in another state. We have overwhelmingly been disappointed by how little they actually do for the huge commissions they receive. Most seem to have such little knowledge about the properties. We even had one realtor fail to set-up our final walk through and another completely forget to set-up an inspection we asked for on a well. And then there is Rozie Fitzmier! We first met her when we viewed a house she had listed and she knew so many details about the house. We did not buy that house but when we looked at other houses with her she would get answers to all of our questions and we appreciate that if she didn't know something she was honest about it. She sold our home in 2018 and when the original contract for sale fell through she had another buyer before she even called us! In 2017 we bought a piece of land with her and then sold that piece of land in 2020. Selling land is a different beast than selling a house and Rozie was very quick to learn and understand some of the intricacies surrounding this. It was greatly appreciated and she made another great impression with her fabulous work. We wish we could take her to another state with us! She is the only realtor I would recommend in the Denver area!

Rozie was very patient with us as we were looking for a new home. Unfortunately we were forced to move so trying to find a new home was difficult because we loved the home we were in. Rozie showed us SO MANY homes, some of them more than once. We had such a difficult time choosing a home we almost became homeless and Rozie stuck with us.
