Rozanne does her homework. She was always prepared when contacting us providing us with several houses that met our criteria, as well as others that she thought would be good for comparison purposes. As a (relatively!) first time homebuyer, she provided us with great education on the current status of the housing market through first-hand experience. Her patience, further, was immensely valued as we felt uneasy at times to be a buyer in this market. As we toured houses, Rozanne's experience shined as she pointed out key features, helped us imagine what houses could be like, and also gave us insight as to cost analysis of renovating vs move-in-ready options. She provided advice, but we never felt like she was judgmental in our thoughts or decisions. When we found our dream house, Rozanne acted fast. The house came on the market in the morning, we scheduled a showing that afternoon, and then we had an offer in by the evening. Her insight allowed us to make a winning offer against 6 other bidders!
