You have no idea how important having an experience listing agent is until something like the Coronavirus pandemic hits. My condo was listed by Roz in NJ, a few weeks before the greater tri-state area was shut down due to the high number of COVID cases. Roz was fantastic: cool, collected and relentlessly working as the conduit to find buyers and get the transaction completed. Offices were closed, town facilities shut down but Roz just kept at it. She kept me updated throughout the process and her insight as to how other real estate transactions were progressing also was invaluable. Beyond the professional persona, Roz is a trustworthy person and so enjoyable to work with. You can't go wrong by hiring her as your agent.
