Royal was able to navigate our purchase of an “interesting” for sale by owner property. We met face to face with the sellers on several occasions - something you don’t see much of anymore in the real estate world. It always worked out to the satisfaction of both parties.
We contracted with Royal Henry in Dec. 2018 to purchase a home in the Sunbird community. Being from Michigan we thought this might be a challenge since we'd be returning there within a few weeks. Things couldn't have gone smoother. Royal was very professional, knowledgeable in building construction, and efficient handling of documents while we were in MI. He went beyond the call of duty and provided us with a list of workers and contractors who would work on the house. They too were all the best. Sometimes it's said that realtors don't earn their money but this was not the case with Royal and we would use him again without hesitation and we would highly recommend him.

We were very pleased with our home buying experience with Royal. We moved here from California and while we were getting our CA home ready to sell, Royal kept us up to date with current listings here in Sunbird. Then when we arrived here to see homes he had several homes picked out that he thought would be of interest to us. We submitted an offer on a home the second day we were here. He guided us through the entire process and even drove us to the title company for the final signing, which we appreciated because we were unfamiliar with the area. We live across the country from the house we were wanting to sell in Chandler. Royal was recommended by several home owners in the community. After a phone call with Royal he assessed the home, provided excellent market comps, and recommended improvements we should make to the house to achieve the highest and best price. It needed a complete interior painting, exterior touchup, drywall repair, and several other repairs. Royal was able to arrange several contractors (all were excellent and very competitive) to have all the work completed BEFORE we arrived to LIST the house! We spent a week doing the final touch up and got to know Royal quite well. I have never worked with an Agent as professional, attentive and accommodating as Royal. His market analysis was spot on and we sold the house in 24 hours after posting the for sale sign and at full price! He was able to have the house inspection completed with recommended repairs before we left town!! We never could have arranged to have all the work done and inspections made, without Royals help. It was an incredible experience with an incredible Agent.
We felt very comfortable with Royal's knowledge of the housing market in Sun Lakes. Royal knew what our needs were and he kept us updated almost daily on what was available. Being that we live almost 2700 miles away in New England it was important to put our trust in our agent and we weren't disappointed.
