We moved here from California and while we were getting our CA home ready to sell, Royal kept us up to date with current listings here in Sunbird. Then when we arrived here to see homes he had several homes picked out that he thought would be of interest to us. We submitted an offer on a home the second day we were here. He guided us through the entire process and even drove us to the title company for the final signing, which we appreciated because we were unfamiliar with the area. We live across the country from the house we were wanting to sell in Chandler. Royal was recommended by several home owners in the community. After a phone call with Royal he assessed the home, provided excellent market comps, and recommended improvements we should make to the house to achieve the highest and best price.
