Roya turned the tables!

After over 40 showings and 8 failed offers with agent X last year, we decided to go with a different agent this time: Roya! With her it was a total different story, first showing, first offer, and BOOM!! what a great experience! Roya helped us find a great house in a time and area where there was not much available. She took the time to listen to our demands and made herself available any time for a showing, the showing! And when it came down to negotiating she made suggestions that would make us more appealing while also not going overboard. Would highly recommend.
