About Roy

Growing up Roy had the good fortune of living abroad. His parents took Roy and his older brother to Belgium where they lived in Brussels for 2 1/2 years. He also went to Australia where they lived for 3 yrs. Returning to the US, Roy finished High School in NJ and went on to College in PA where he now lives. "Living abroad and going to school in another country you really absorb the traditions and culture you need to learn and adapt, and that helped shape me in many ways. One of them is that I love meeting and working with people of all types and backgrounds," Roy said. Roy was drawn to Real State After graduating with a Business Management degree and working in sales and management. Over 35 yrs ago, he bought his first fixer-upper and decided to make that a side business. Then expanded to building houses. Also, 23 years ago Roy's passion for Real Estate led him to become a full-time Realtor. Roy has now helped hundreds of Buyers and Sellers buy and sell their homes to achieve their dreams. "There is nothing else I would like to do, for me this is the perfect job," Roy said. He has built his business with a large following of repeat clients and referrals. This is due to his commitment to excellence, trustworthiness, honesty, incredible customer service, genuine knowledge of homes, and being a resource for all things related to houses and Investment properties.
