I highly recommend Roy Hibbs. He helped me and my siblings sell our parents’ home of 53 years with professionalism and compassion. His building and real estate expertise guided us on what truly mattered, and his market strategy delivered 15 offers and a sale in under a week. Roy helped us out with a network of reliable contractors to choose from, his communication was excellent, and he made a difficult process smooth and successful.

I could not have asked for a better real estate agent when I was selling my mother's home in Redford. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He helped me in so many ways: pricing the house fairly, advising me on any issues that arose, answering my questions, dealing with the legalities, and so much more. He always answered my phone calls or emails. He was very committed to seeing that everything went well. He was highly recommended to me and I would highly recommend Roy Hibbs to anyone looking to sell a home!!
