Roy was a professional through and through, from his first visit to our house all the way to the closing/signing at the Title company. He was incredibly patient with his time as we climbed the learning curve and navigated the twists and turns of putting a house on the market, preparing the house for the Open Houses, and actually selling it! Roy is an awesome agent and a great person to boot. We contacted him on a recommendation and I would most definitely recommend him to anyone. He came out and walked us through the process of getting the house ready for sale, making several constructive recommendations. We all came to an agreement on the sale price, got the photos taken, and listed the house on the market. We sold on the same day we listed, for close to 100% asking price. It was a slam dunk. Then the unthinkable happened. On the day we finalized the contract, the sewage in our basement backed up in a heavy rainstorm, killing the deal in the process. This threw us into a tailspin of nonstop calls with contractors, insurance companies, potential buyers, government offices etc. Given that we purchased a home before selling our existing one, this was one of the most stressful periods of our lives.
