Roy was very patient and helpful with me and my wife during our search for our new home. Updating us daily with new listings and possibilities that made us sure we'd find our new home quick but more importantly we'd find the right house. Roy did a great job helping me sell my duplex. I live out of state so a realtor who had local knowledge and was available to address issues as they would come up needed to be on this.
Roy did an excellent job in assisting my family and I with the purchase of our new home. He was very patience with us following up, doing searches for us and updating us on openings/listings that would suite our needs. Roy also was amazingly responsive with sending in details on listings contacting agents and providing updates on the property we then selected. He also went out of his comfort zone by assisting us with listing outside of the usual local range that he works with. He was willing to offer referrals as well and where there was inadequate information he did not act as if he knew but informed us to look further into it as he is not sure. Roy was also approachable and friendly and encouraging during the whole process. There were a few bumps with our particular process but he stuck with us until the deal was closed. Roy & Kevin provided helpful information and answered our questions promptly to help us understand the buying process especially when it came to the type of loan we needed to make our cross-country move a smooth transition. Roy is a fantastic realtor. He went above and beyond caring for our needs. Buying a house from another state was a difficult process but Roy made it much easier. He definitely looked after our best interests. While showing us houses via video chat, Roy and his team were open and honest if they found issues with a home. The team he used to help us with our purchase were all amazing! Despite dealing with a 3 hr time difference, he was always quick to respond. He answered our questions quickly and efficiently. If he didn’t know the answer he found if quickly. I would highly recommend using Roy for your realtor needs.
