I interviewed 3 realtors and after a thorough questioning and observing, I was 99% in favor of Roy. My only concern was the lack of verifiable digital reviews. He promised that I would get a 5 star experience and I promised that if I did, I would add a review and hopefully settle the nerves of anyone else who had similar concerns. Roy wasn't flashy. He was calm, thorough and available. I've seen realtors go through 4 or 5 deals a month. I didn't want to have to split my time with 4 other customers. Roy said 1-2 tops. I like the concierge approach. The fewer simultaneous customers, the more time and attention can be devoted to them. I did get a 5 star concierge experience. I would highly recommend Roy. He isn't the hottest new Realtor on the block. He's a guy who cares and has a team that gets the job done. This review is for my experience on the seller side.
