About ROXIE

Roxie Davidson has been active in the real estate business for the past 36 years and at the previous location at 106 Austin Ave. in historic downtown Weatherford. We have just recently moved our office to 111 West Simmons St sharing our location with bustling commercial on one side and historical residential on the other side. I enjoyed growing up in rural Parker County, attending Weatherford High School and Weatherford College. My family still owns and operates the family farm in northwest Parker County. As a member of the Weatherford- Parker County Association of Realtors I have served on various committees , as a Director on the Board, President elect 2000, President of the Board 2001, voted Realtor of the Year 2001. Serving on the 2002 Board as Past President , Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee for a 4 county area and on the North Texas Real Estate Information System User Committee. Served as President of Greater Metro West Association of Realtors 2014. A graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program in 2016. Currently an active committee member and director of the Greater Metro West Association of Realtors. Currently and the past 2 years I am serving on the state of Texas Professional Standards committee. I am a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Greater Metro West Association of Realtors and past Director of Greater Fort Worth Builders Association.

Excellent and Professional

My daughter researched real estate agents in Weatherford, Texas. Roxie Davidson was #1 on this list of agents. I'm glad she was because she was excellent and professional in dealing with all issues I had. She met my expectations and she sold the house quicker than I expected and for more than I expected. I would definitely hire her again if I needed to sell any real estate in the future.

This is the second house Roxie has sold for us. She is very professional and you never doubt that you are in good hands. She is very knowledgeable good to explain things to you that you don't quite understand about the experience. She knows your needs and fights for every one of them.
