So glad we went with Roxanne after referring her to several people it was finally our turn to buy a home and she did not disappoint! We were on time crunch after finding out we were expecting twins and she found us a home in our budget in just a week! Everything went seamlessly. This process was a complete disaster. The ONLY consistently positive aspect was Roxanne who kept me in good spirits when everything else seemed to come crashing down around me. When the buyers kept pushing my closing date, Roxanne was always available to conduct walk throughs when I was held up at work due to a very unpredictable job. Roxanne was extremely proactive and action oriented, always staying on top of communication with the buyers real estate agent and my lawyer to make sure everyone was informed and on the same page. This process would surely have dragged on longer if it wasn’t for Roxanne’s proactiveness and I’m so grateful I had her in my corner, trust me you’ll want her in yours as well.

Roxanne helped us in the sale of our home, as well as finding a rental home. She is so knowledgeable and was always there to answer any questions we had about the process. More than that, she was so easy to reach and kept in contact with us with every decision or change that came our way. We faced a few unforseen issues with the sale of our house and Roxanne was there to ease the stress and help get us back on track. In finding our rental, the market is crazy right now and it's hard to find anything (especially something that allows pets), but Roxanne continued to look for new places and showed us several in person until we found the perfect one.
