Ms. Escobedo is an excellent realtor with thorough knowledge of the real estate market and trending issues regionally and nationally. She is patient and listens well to her clients, observing and incorporating an understanding of their likes and dislikes into the considerations for showings and selling. She found us our first house in the area over eighteen years ago (with Coldwell Banker), and we engaged her again also with Coldwell Banker in the fall of 2023 to sell that house and find a new one. We very much appreciate Roxanne and value her expertise and services highly. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for and/or selling a home.
