Matt and Roxanne made what could have been a long and drawn out process, smooth and equitable for all parties. They were very professional, always easy to contact, and were truthful with me through the entire process of selling my home. It doesn’t hurt that they made me $25,000 more that what I thought my house was worth either. Matt even fixed some of my flooring to make my house more ready to sell at top dollar. These great people will have my business for any real estate I buy or sell in the future.
