My experience with Rowan Reid was more on a personal as well as a professional level. The reason why I say personal is because he made me feel like a family member constantly looking out for my best interest. Rowan is a great listener. He made sure that I got all the information needed in order to make things easier for me as a first time home buyer. It was a pleasure to receive phone calls from Rowan to let me know what was going on with the house selling process.
