The only reason I'm giving her 5 stars is because 6 starts isn't an option. Roula was amazing during every step of the process. We bought, sold and moved into home all within 6 weeks, and I'm still in shock of how she made it all happen. We didn't even know if we wanted to move when we met with her, and 6 weeks later I'm unpacked at my new dream home. She is reachable at any hour of the night through any channel, and regardless of your budget, she gives you her undivided attention and makes you feel like your needs are the most important in the world. She works tirelessly to get you what you need and has the expertise and trustworthy connections to make it all happen. There were processes and inspections that typically take WEEKS to coordinate, and no exaggeration, she made them happen within a day. This didn't happen once. It happened multiple times! While I'm grateful for everything she did for us, I suspect there was so much more she never even told us about that she did late at night to make these closings happen as fast as they did. Forget her bubbly personality and strong wit, she gets it done! I would recommend anyone interested in buying or selling a house to meet with her. You won't regret it.
