Roula is truly amazing. She had my house under agreement after only three showings in which all prospective buyers submitted generous offers all in one weekend and I accepted an offer at well over 12% above the asking price. But, more importantly was the extreme pleasure and satisfaction of my interaction with Roula as a nervous seller in a challenging economy for many reasons. Roula was so wonderful in helping us find our new home. She was so patient as we went to many neighborhoods and open houses during the Covid housing market. She was always available for questions and insight. On top of helping us find our home, she also has a background in design. She was able to help us see the potential for the house we ended up buying. She even helped put us in touch with people that could help us with various jobs (redoing bathrooms etc.) Roula often took out her own personal time to go above and beyond to help us. For example, she was so helpful and helped us think of color schemes/ types of tiles to use etc when we were planning what we wanted. Her housing and design expertise are incredibly helpful. On top of all this, Roula is just an incredibly kind and wonderful person. I can't recommend her enough!

I met Roula by chance. I looked at a FSBO property and quickly ruled that it was not what I wanted. When that owner failed to sell his house on his own, he enlisted the help of Roula. Roula followed up on his list of possible interested individuals, of which I was one of them. When I told Roula I was not interested, she quickly pivoted and asked me what I was looking for. It's so happened she had another property that she thought would suit us. To make a long story short, we ended up buying that property and building a beautiful custom home. After we purchased the property, Roula provided a lot of sound and thoughtful advice at a critical juncture, during the framing stages. We ended up taking her advice to move the orientation of our powder room and we are so glad with the way it turned out.
