I spoke to Rosy in May and we reviewed my options. Given my situation with a lease I had I couldn’t move forward. However, she devised a plan that would help me once my lease over. She followed up with me two months my lease was over and I closed on a new home. I will be able to make a smooth transition from renter to owner thanks to Rosy!
