Five star is so little to rate Rossana's overall services. She deserves all the stars in the world. Truly! Five years ago I was a first time home buyer and she helped me finding the right property. She considered every possible conditions and criteria I had, from budget to location. She helped me with calculations and assisted me with everything during the buying process. Our relationship didn't end with closing the settlement. A few years later she was available to talk about the business aspects of my investment. She shared with me market insights and advised me smartly. Now, five years later, I sold my property while residing oversees. This couldn't have been done without such a massive support that I received from Rossana. She went above and beyond to sell the property as fast as possible. She even arranged repairs and plumbing services on my behalf. She is a wonderful person and a very talented real estate agent. Rossana always knows how to time and prioritize things. She is an excellent communicator - and who else could say this if not me: based in Europe with a 7h time difference. Rossana managed everything on my behalf in the US, and all I can say is nutshell is that it couldn't have gone the any better if I was physically present (in the same time zone). Rossana definitely deserves all the stars in the world!
