Right from the beginning Ross demonstrated a very strong commitment to his work and doing an excellent job. For example, I called him at 10 pm in a panic because I need to find a home for my elderly parents quickly. He called me back at 10:05 pm. In our interactions, Ross conducted himself with the upmost professionalism, diligence and truly demonstrated a sense of caring and wanting our family to be a satisfied customer.
