Ross Lapham

The reason I was writing a complaint here because I was lied. I was a first time home buyer and I got a referral to Ross Lapham who was spoken to be professional and ethical in his career but he is actually not at all. I chose to work with him as my realtor agent and he promised to pay me a referral fee. But after the closing was all done on March 15, 2018, he did not send me a check for referral fee as he promised. He ignored my phone calls, my text messages, my email, the builder phone call and email. So I decided to go to his office where he lists on the internet – 2319 Crimson Valley Ct. Kingwood, TX 77345, and I was told by his wife that he was napping but when I confronted her that I just clearly saw him walking in backyard from the front door and his wife’s face expression was changed because I caught her lying. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND “ROSS T. LAPHAM” to anyone because I do not want anybody to experience the same I did or work with someone who is not truthful while he is providing you services. Stay away from him if you can.

Be aware of how old the 5 star reviews are. 2018: He currently works out of his home “office” and will not respond after closing date while collecting a commission check for absolutely doing jack. He was not proactive in researching houses. He promises a “referral fee” yet ignores any contact after the fact. Would not recommend his services to my worst enemies. Unprofessional realtor who does not follow through and was of zero help. A total joke of an experience.
