We chose to work with Ross in buying our first home after completing a homebuyer's education course that he participated in. From the day we met we appreciated his willingness to answer our many questions and give us personalized advice based both on our situation and his years of experience. This was especially important to us as we had never been through the process before and Ross helped us to comfortably navigate all the potential issues and life changing decisions that were involved. He was also very patient with us in what ended up being a fairly long home search. What I found to be most helpful about working with Ross though was his responsiveness. He was readily available by phone call, text, or email every time we needed him and showed up right away every time we asked to see a home in Spokane's quickly moving market. He has been with us every step of the way, even answering questions for me a month after we closed on the home. I am very pleased with our choice to use Ross as our realtor and with the perfect home that he helped us find. I would happily work with him again in the future and would recommend him to my own friends and family.
