Where to begin... From the moment we met Roslyn, we knew we made the right choice. In a market where realtors are a dime a dozen, Roslyn stands out from the crowd! She was courteous & professional and took the time to listen to our situation, expectations and fears.We were first-time home buyers and she was there, every step of the way to answer questions and offer guidance. It wasn't long before it felt as though she was a part of our family. She diligently sent us potential listings and welcomed our feedback. She looked into every listing we sent her with as much attention to detail and was extremely accommodating with scheduling appointments, sometimes on short notice. She returned every phone call and email, and even though I know we weren't, she made us feel like we were her only clients. Roslyn will go to bat for you and will negotiate with the toughest of the tough (we encountered a few along the way). We are thrilled to be in our new home but part of us are going to miss the time we spent with her. I would (and already did) recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, not just because she cares, but because she gets the job done.
