Rosie was absolutely the best! As a first time home buyer she made the process of looking for a new home seamless. She knew the market value of each property and what homes in the surrounding area were priced as. Rosie never made the search about her and that was major for me. She listened and made every effort to show me homes that she thought fit into my needs and wants. Rosie was never pushy when it came to my budget and location. Another important factor for me was commute. She actually took the time to map out each property she showed me to make sure it would be within the discussed radius of work and family. So, with all of her knowledge and caring enough to listen to my needs and wants my time was never wasted on not one single property. Actually, it made it harder! Lol! But, I'm eternally grateful for everything I learned from her throughout this journey. Rosie was not just a realtor, but a friend I could trust. If I had questions on the numerous paperwork or emails sent from the loan officer or builder she was always there. She never made me feel like I was a bother. So, when rating my agent all I can say is she was the total package!
