Professional, attentive, persistent, transparent, diligent, responsive are just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe my experience with Rosie. She had my best interest at heart throughout the entire process. From consulting on the listing price to the open house, working with the buyers and their many questions, all the way through to closing, I knew I was in great hands. She was always prepared and a step ahead. Buying or selling a home can be a very stressful process, but Rosie put my mind at ease. Couldn't have done it without her, especially in this crazy real-estate climate.

We were looking for our new home in FL from KY, and although Rosie lined up numerous properties for us to see in person when we visited for a 10-day stay, we didn’t find the right place when we were here in person. That didn’t stop her! She continued to view homes for us even though we were back in KY finalizing the sale of our farm and packing to make the 900-mile move! We must have had her look at 10 more properties until she was able to find “the one”! She was kind enough to face time with us to “show” us the property and negotiated on our behalf. Rosie has an unstoppable energy and her enthusiasm is genuine! She’s extremely knowledgeable about the market and will not stop until you’re satisfied!!!
