I have so much gratitude to Rosie. She was recommended to me by Terry Becker at GEM Morthage, and she is the best realtor I have interacted with. When we first met her I noticed right away her positive energy, her enthusiasm and passion for finding us the right home. She was so accommodating to us and listened to what we had wanted in a home/neighborhood. She is on top of it, responsive, and very knowledgeable and professional; every property she showed us, she shared information about the neighborhood, amenities, and other information. When we had found the property we wanted, Rosie provided us guidance on how we should present ourselves and gave us tips on what to offer. We were not the highest or best offer, but the seller chose us! In this competitive/seller's market, I attribute our good luck to Rosie. Even after the acceptance, Rosie was there for us. Our home inspector fell through, but Rosie didn't; her contacts were ready and willing to perform the inspections last minute.
