Rosie helped my gf and I find the perfect home in Brewerytown! The search took about two and a half months and had ups and downs, and Rosie was responsive and helpful the whole time. We initially got into the process of purchasing one house that ended up having a TON of issues during the inspection period--more than we wanted to deal with--and Rosie dealt with the whole thing, allowing us to continue our search while she handled all the details. It might've been a big stressor but since Rosie dealt with it and assured us we could move on, it wasn't. She's knowledgeable about Philadelphia neighborhoods, current prices, and completely trustworthy. She's patient to boot and nonjudgmental, which gave us the time and space to walk around various spaces to see how we exist in each space.
