Rosie and Curt were referred to us by a friend as we were moving to Las Vega from out of state. They are very knowledgeable of the realty market all around the valley. We had an area of the valley we were interested in and Rosie and Curt went to work immediately finding us homes with our requirements and in our price point. They stayed in constant communication with us as we made plans to come to Vegas to look at properties with a plan to have a contract in place when we left. We came to Vegas with 4 days to accomplish this. Rosie and Curt made themselves available during this whirlwind process and we accomplished our goal of having a home under contract at the end of those 4 days. They did our inspection for us as we were not going to be able to be in town for that. They helped to figure out the logistics of getting all the closing documents signed from a distance. It was a smooth process which is a gift because it is very stressful as well. I would use Rosie and Curt again in a heartbeat.

Always excellent service! First property purchased with Rosie was back in 2010. I decided to sell it this year 2018 and called her again. Her experience and great advice helped it sell right away at the price we wanted! I bought a new condo shortly there after and had Rosie find it for me. I was out of the country and was happy that I had Rosie and her husband Curt working for me. I trust their judgment and appreciate all the extra help.
