Rosetta did an excellent job assisting my wife and I with finding our first out of state investment property. Her knowledge of the area was very helpful. Even after the sale she has been doing more than could be expected to make sure my family is successful in our plans. I have already recommended her to friends. My wife and I also enjoyed her humor.
Rosetta is very good at her trade. I am out of state, and working on buying homes to rent out. As one imagines, this is very stressful. It is good to know that I have someone with connections that I can trust. I have had an excellent experience as I learn the area. She is able to guide my wife and I away from places to avoid and introduces us to great neighborhoods. On several occasions, Rosetta personally previewed houses in which we were interested. When I have issues-as every homeowner does- with my house, she knows just who to contact. I noticed that if there is something she doesn’t know, she is honest about that as well, and usually works quickly to thoroughly learn the issue and then respond to my question. To date, we have purchased two properties employing the services of Rosetta. One duplex, and a single family home. She found both of them for me and my wife. I had issues getting organized, and was not able to meet the inspectors on one of the properties. She met them for me. I was not able to make it to sign the papers, and she bailed me out again. My wife and I are troublesome clients for a professional, but Rosetta always happily finds a remedy for our shortcomings. I have dealt with six Realtors in the past. Rosetta is far and away the best and most dependable that I have had the pleasure of working with, and we will be making use of her services again. We now consider her a friend of the family.
Rosetta was referred to me by a friend who was very pleased by her recent home-buying experience. I am so glad that she referred me to her! Rosetta was wonderful! She made the process so smooth and easy for that I actually didn't feel stressed at all during the process. She was knowledgeable, courteous, timely, but most of all, she was very intentional to invest her time. I never felt like she was too busy to help even though I knew she was juggling a lot of things. So many qualities that not only make a great realtor, they make a great person. She is thoughtful, generous, funny, experienced, hard-working, competent, and warm. These qualities and more is what makes Rosetta who she is...a one of a kind and wonderful human being. If cloning of humans ever becomes a thing, we should start with her ;) This was my first home purchase and Rosetta is a natural teacher, listening to my thoughts and concerns and providing excellent feedback and direction. She also was a great mediator with the seller and helped negotiate terms I am happy with. Not many people can say that their realtor became their friend, but I 100% can! & you will too if you give her a call!
If you are looking for a realtor who is informed about the market, has a stress-free demeanor, works well under pressure, has a positive attitude, is accommodating and will work hard for you then Rosetta is your girl! She sold our house in 38 hours! How? Because she knows the housing market and how to do it right the first time. I will never use another realtor and once you have used Rosetta you won't either!
Rosetta will make an excellent addition to my trusted cabinet of advisors. She will hold a high seat during my campaign to rule the greater Tulsa area!
Rosetta came very highly recommended and based on my wife's first conversation with her she made the decision to go with her! Rosetta was very thorough and her expertise was very beneficial during our inspection processes. Rosetta was always brought her "A" game, was our pleasure to work with her!
Rosetta handled herself and the sale of our home with extreme professionalism. It sold in 2 days. The pictures that were taken of our home were beautiful. We appreciated all the suggestions Rosetta Britton gave us to make our home attractive to potential buyers. She was a great Realtor!
Rosetta has been extremely helpful through this whole process and really knows what she is doing. I highly recommend her.
Now that the sale has been finalized Rosetta is continuing to provide support as we require some modifications to the home. Rosetta stated that she knows several contractors that could help us with these improvements. As we are moving from Canada to Oklahoma these contacts are extremely important to us. We have been very impressed with the extra service she has provided in waiting at the home for utilities to be connected, driving us to many potential properties and being available when we would call.
Top notch! Rosetta kept me informed at every step of the process. She knows more than just real estate and her contacts helped me after the sale, too.
Mrs. Britton was quite literally a Godsend. We had spoke to a handful of other brokers in the year leading up to the point of us being able to purchase our first home and during the first conversation we had with her she instantly separated herself with her professionalism, empathetic and genuine caring nature. She was cordial and positive throughout our entire experience buying our first home, and hope she knows she should be considered the standard for other professionals in her field!
Rosetta is beyond amazing. She is knowledgeable about the area and the market. Rosetta was always available to show homes, she was very patient and professional. She really took the time to know us and what our family was looking for, didn’t keep showing us the same type houses over and over. Rosetta is a strong negotiator and was excellent every step of the way (even after the sale). Whether you’re buying or selling you can’t go wrong with Rosetta Britton.
