Rosemary Stovall

We had listed our house with Rosemary Stovall and it was a HUGE MISTAKE....our house was listed with her for one year and we had moved out of state. That one year was wasted because of her. She failed to communicate with potential buyers, always wanting to lower the price and devaluing my house and neighborhood ( my house was in a very nice area of Madison, Ms). When we came to check on the house, the house was in bad condition and damaged...even then Rosemary did not care and as usual became very defensive. Every time I would want to talk to her she would argue. One year later when I switched realtors Rosemary told my new realtor that my house will NEVER SELL and not to waste time. As usual Rosemary was wrong again..it sold and had multiple offers. Please sellers and buyers do not waste your time and energy on her..she is all talk.
