When we decided to sell our home I made one giant mistake - I contacted an agent that I heard advertising on the New Jersey radio station . The agent came to our home with only a laptop and googled homes in the area just as I had already done. He then recommended a listing price that I laughed at and wished him a nice day. We then contacted Rosemary, best move I could have made. She came to my home with a complete lay out of compatible homes, what had sold, what had not, went thru the house and made recommendations on how to prepare it for listing. Best of all, she recommended a listing price much higher than the other agent and assured us with her marketing she would peak the interest and the house should sell close to asking. 2 days after her listing the house we had our first offer, higher than her listing price and nearly $40,000 higher than the "radio agent". Not only did she deliver the marketing she promised but she stayed in close contact we us thru out the entire process never leaving us wondering or guessing what was going on. I would never buy or sell a house again without her by my side.
