Rosemary made it all happen. I valued her suggestions and those suggestions always came through to increase the sellability of the house. Rosemary is an honest, straight talker. She let me know what needed to be done to increase the value of the house. If I couldn't reach her via phone, I left voice messages or texts and she 100% returned every message. Not once did I ever feel that Rosemary was too busy to help me....I was a special client, as were ALL her other real estate clients. She is very competent in the process to follow to go through the complex paperwork necessary to sign and file for the sale. She knows her job and how to do it to the benefit of her clients. And when the time came to finally list the house for sale, my house sold in ONE day! And it sold for above asking price! This happened because Rosemary's marketing skill for advertising the house were always with the sale in mind. What positive experience I had with Rosemary guiding my way. I'd recommend taking advantage Rosemary and her real estate skills to anyone who is interested in selling or buying a house in the Four Corners Region.
