This was our first time selling a home. We chose Rosemary as our realtor because of her professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market. Within a few days of choosing Rosemary she scheduled a date to meet with us at our home. She brought 2 other people with her, one being a contractor. Troy and Rosemary walked our property and began gathering information to generate our selling price. The contractor gave us a few ideas on what would help boost our homes value with minor costs. After a couple of hours of note taking and discussion they advised us on a starting price. Within 3 days we had an offer significantly above asking price.
