This was the 2nd Home we have Listed and Sold with Rosemary. As before, Rosemary's Team was very professional, efficient and effective. Fantastic photos, great marketing, professional & prompt management of inquiries and viewings. Once again, we had a fairly unique set of circumstances and challenges. Specifically we initially listed this home in late February 2020, and then had it in Escrow TWICE, but both were cancelled by the Buyers due to COVID-19 and Income Issues/concerns they had. The initial Escrow was at a Sales Price just above asking within 2 weeks of listing. Following these initial problems and due to COVID-19 and our own circumstances we put the Listing on Hold, and waited right around 6 months to re-activate. Rosemary was incredibly professional and gracious in handling this and responding as I advised/queried about timing to re-activate. Throughout that time she reassured me that she and her Team would respond immediately, which they did. We Re-Listed (activated) at a Higher Price and the Home was back in Escrow within 2 weeks, at a Higher Price than previously. Joe & Rosemary oversaw Photo and Matterport Updates based our joint review of changes in furnishings, refreshed landscaping, and minor upgrades in the Home. Everything was done promptly, timely and professionally. Joe Markiewicz was always available and maintained excellent communication with us for all viewings. Ten years ago Rosemary Allison who is the top expert in Ventura County real estate, sold us our beautiful home in Santa Rosa Valley. After our home came on the market, two similar homes within the same community came on the market at lower prices. One property sold quickly at $100k lower price. We watched the views and saves of our property increase well above the other property listed below our price. They then reduced their price and we held our price. We continued to see our property views climb. We believe that the superior marketing and staging provided by Rosemary led to the better exposure and results. We sold our home after receiving an offer and settling at a price $35k below our listed price. The other home remained on the market and lowered their price again further.
