Rosemary was able to walk us through every step of the way, from asking what we were looking for, our budget, funding and looking at listings,(there were quite a few). During this time Rosemarie was explaining some things that we needed to be aware of, and because of her experience and expertise was able to give us more understanding on what would eventually get us to making offers on those homes. When we did get an offer accepted even though we had been working with a lender, there were some items that we were challenged with. At this point Rosemarie stepped in and worked with the resources that were available never giving in to anything being lost or even missing a step in this process….. Some of these more difficult and challenging situations were somewhat outside of what seemed fixable. Where I was at a point of not seeing this deal close, Rosemarie kept me in the know, explaining and working towards the needed resolution resulting in closing the deal. I know that Rosemarie‘a knowledge, and professionalism got us to the end crossing the finish line and for us to be completely satisfied with the entire experience.
