About Rosemarie

Rosemarie has been a licensed realtor for more than 25 years and has won the Presidents Circle Award for Excellence numerous times. She also earned the Distinguished Sales Club Award. Over this time she has helped a multitude of clients achieve the American Dream by finding and securing them the perfect home. Rosemarie treats her clients like family and wants to provide them the security that every individual and family desires. As a lifelong resident of Bergen County, Rosemarie describes it as one of the best places to live in New Jersey. Residents enjoy living close to New York City, the Jersey Shore, the mountains and ski resorts. The area also has the best restaurants, entertainment, doctors and hospitals in the State. Before becoming a Realtor, Rosemarie graduated with a degree in medical technology and worked in the medical profession. In addition to real estate , Rosemarie served as the president of the Community School Parent Teachers Association and was an advocate for children with learning disabilities. She also served as an advisor and head coach of the Hasbrouck Heights Junior Aviators Cheerleaders. She was also taught CCD at Corpus Christi for children preparing for Confirmation. Rosemarie is married to her wonderful husband Justin DiPisa, also an agent at Terrie O'Connor's Gateway Realty Group. They have four sons and 11 amazing grandchildren.
