Prior to listing my home for sale, I "interviewed" 7 realtors. I stated my requirements, timeframe, price point and expectations to each in detail. Each presented their thoughts, experiences, advice, and suggestions on what they could do. Four were excellent, two not so much, but one stood above and apart. Rosemarie is extremely knowledgeable and a true professional realtor in every way. She quickly made suggestions on some minor improvements to appeal to a wider audience. She also suggested some contractors she had used and trusted and scheduled an open house for the following weekend. Rosemarie had multiple showings in a short period of time and provided regular updates on the progress. She worked hard, but more importantly smart, and quickly found the right qualified buyer. It took me longer to interview the 7 realtors than for Rosemarie to find the buyer. Her knowledge, experience, and expertise clearly demonstrated that she was the right choice. Fast, efficient, experienced, and knowledgeable. What else could a seller ask for? Rosemarie handled everything from the initial listing thru the closing with ease and competence.
