I love dealing with Rose. She's very sharp, she has a wide network, and she cuts right through the BS to tell me what's what. Every time I call her, she answers the phone and is ready to work. She's an excellent negotiator and does so much business in the area that she can spit out comps and accurate rental rates and anything else you need, in no time.
