Rosemarie was an absolute pleasure to work with and she is great at what she does. I had the pleasure of meeting her during my search for an apartment to rent. In less than 24 hours of expressing my interest in the apartment, she responded to me and was readily available to accommodate my schedule so that I could see the apartment in person. Upon arriving, she greeted me outside, despite the cold winter weather, and guided me upstairs. She gave me background information about the owners and apartment itself and shared the specifics. Any questions I had she was able to answer or tell me that she would discuss with owners and get back to me, which she did, the very next day. I ended up texting her the next day after seeing the apartment myself to ask if she could show the apartment again so I could bring my parents along with me and without hesitation, she accommodated me the same day. From there, everything else was quick and seamless. She had everything in place during the time of the contract signing.
