This is the second time I have used Rosie. I am the owner of a condo, and she had found me the perfect tenant. Two years later, when the tenant suddenly had to move because of family matters, Rosie found me another tenant who could move into my condo in a timely fashion. Although I have not met the new tenant yet, she fits all of the criteria I had given to Rosie.
